In order for us to maintain our high standard of care to all our patients we actively seek your feedback regarding your hospital experience. Patient Satisfaction Feedback Cards are provided to enable you to compliment our strengths and also to identify opportunities for improvement that you may have seen.
If you are concerned about your care or the hospital services we encourage you to speak to the Nursing Unit Manager on the ward, the Director of Clinical Services or the Chief Executive Officer during the day or the After Hours Coordinator out of hours. We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly.
If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you may contact the Health Complaints Commissioner (HCC). The HCC responds to complaints about health services and the handling of health information in Victoria. Their service is free, confidential and impartial. To lodge a complaint with the HCC:
